Hi There, Irene Muthini at your service, I am the first point of contact for Globeflight‘s customers, mostly walk-ins and call-ins seeing as I am the receptionist as well.
I have gained a great deal of customers as well as service experience through various Globeflight training programmes and interaction with their multicultural and multi-regional clientele .
Simply enough, I got this job through a colleague who suggested Globeflight Kenya was hiring and just like that I have been here for the past 3 years. I find a lot of satisfaction in customer care and conflict resolution, in addition the job is spontaneous seeing as you don’t klnow who, what or where in the world you will be dealing with tomorrow.
